Quote and client-service forms
The forms on the home page and Quotes & client service page send an HTTPS POST to /api/quote as multipart/form-data. Fields typically include your name, email, optional phone, insurance type, optional message, and (on the service page) the kind of help you need.
Before accepting a submission, the server validates a Cloudflare Turnstile security token. A hidden honeypot field helps reduce automated spam. Invalid or incomplete submissions are rejected and are not emailed.
On staging, live email delivery and file storage may be turned off (dry-run) so the agency can test validation safely. When live mode is enabled for production, accepted inquiries are emailed to the agency inbox configured for website leads, and optional file attachments may be stored in private cloud object storage for the agency to review.
What we ask you not to send
Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment card details, full medical records, claim evidence packages, or other highly sensitive data in the website form. Call the agency to arrange a secure way to share documents when needed. Ordinary mailto: links open your own email app and follow that provider’s practices.
Attachments
If you attach files, only use documents you are comfortable sharing with the agency (for example, a declarations page summary). Allowed types and size limits are enforced in the browser helper and again on the server. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share.
Cookies, analytics, and fonts
This website serves fonts from the same host. It does not currently include advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. Technical logs from the hosting platform (Cloudflare) may record standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security and reliability. Turnstile may set or read cookies as described in Cloudflare’s documentation.
